Access control to your documents is being guaranteed from transport to processing; the fire security and access control of our building is according to Belgian legislation, and monitored 24/7. The integrity and privacy is documented and embedded in the personal responsibility of each worker.

Most likely you worry about the precious handling of your documents. How will they be packed? Will no files be lost during transport?

Special ScanFactory archive boxes have been developed to transport files from your archives to the ScanFactory. They are robust, fit exactly on a Europallet and allow for piling of 5 boxes. They are being labelled with a unique code, enabling the perfect tracing of all contained files.

Availability

The documents or files from your archive are being consulted daily by your employees.  You may worry about the fact that files are not available to your workers during the scan project.
Via the internet your files can be submitted to the “Scan-on-Demand”-functionaly. Your urgent file is immediately being traced, scanned with high priority and digitally sent to you within the agreed timeframe.
